Export Invoices to Spreadsheet

The Export to Excel® functionality gives you the ability to export select invoices to a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.

To export invoices to a spreadsheet

  1. Go to the Cost Summary page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Project Cost Summary Page.

  3. Click the Actual Costs link located in the left navigation bar.
  4. The Actual Costs Page displays.

  5. Click the Export to Excel icon (Export to Excel Icon).
  6. The File Download dialog box displays.

  7. Click Open, Save, or Cancel.
