Delete Projects

Deleting projects permanently removes all project data. This may be necessary for projects that have expired and may even be required by certain vendors. Before a project is deleted, you will be required to enter your e-Builder password. A request is then submitted to e-Builder Support for execution. Once deleted, the project cannot be recovered. Details of the deletion can be viewed by running an Audit Log Report.

To delete a project

  1. Go to the Project Settings.
  2. For instructions, see Access Project Settings.

  3. Click Manage Projects.
  4. Click the Delete link next to the project name you want to delete.
  5. A Confirm Deletion Message displays.

  6. Enter a note for this deletion.
  7. Enter your e-Builder password to confirm this deletion.
  8. Click Yes, Delete.
