Bluebeam Permissions

Users that will be using the integration need to have the Bluebeam document permissions assigned to them or to a role they belong to. Only users with the Bluebeam permission enabled can launch Bluebeam sessions.

Bluebeam capability must be enabled on the account (by e-Builder Support) in order to see the Bluebeam permission option on the Manage Permissions page. The account must also have a license to Bluebeam Studio Prime.

To set up and manage Bluebeam permissions in e-Builder

  1. From the top navigation tabs, click the Setup tab.
  2. If the Setup tab is not visible, click Access the Setup Tab, and then select the Setup check box.

  3. In the Administration Tools section, expand Users. All user account related settings are displayed.
  4. Click Manage Permissions. The Manage Permissions page is displayed.
  5. Click the Documents tab.
  6. Select the Bluebeam check box to add Bluebeam permissions for the appropriate roles or users.

  7. Click Save Changes to retain the changes.
