Attendee Invitation

The invited parties to a calendar event receive an e-mail with a meeting request and can indicate whether or not they intend to attend the event. After they make their selection their status is automatically updated in e-Builder.The e-mail will indicate if they are required or optional. They can then click the Yes, No, or Maybe links. (They do not have to use Outlook to be able to push the links at the bottom; they are not specific to Outlook.)

When the user selects a response (Yes, No, Maybe), a new window opens allowing them to review their response. The user can update their response by clicking on the Change Response link.

After clicking on the Response link users are able to make their new selection, and then click Save Changes to update their status.

There is a limit of 500 rows (representing attendees invited), for system speed and efficiency.
