Attach Forms to Commitment Changes
To attach forms to a commitment change
- Go to the Commitment Change Details page.
- Click the Attached Forms tab.
- Click Attached Forms.
- Filter for the forms you want to see.
- Select the check box next to the form(s) you want to attach.
- Click Attach.

The Attach Forms from [Project Name] filter displays.
