Attach Documents to Invoice Line Items

Attaching documents to invoice line items allows you to append additional resources for each item in an invoice.

To attach documents to invoice line items

  1. To add documents to existing invoices, go to the Invoice Details page.
  2. For instructions, see Access Invoice Details Page.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. The Edit Invoice page is displayed.

  5. Click the paper clip icon next to the invoice line item you want to attach files to.
  6. The Attach Documents pop-up window displays.

  7. Click Add.
  8. The Attach Documents dialog box displays.

  9. In the Select Attachment Method section, select your method of attachment.
  10. Click Browse For Files...
  11. Search for and select the file you want to attach.
  12. You are returned to the Attach Documents dialog box.

  13. If you are attaching files from e-Builder, go to step 10.
  14. —Or—

    If you are uploading files from your computer, in the Select an e-Builder Destination folder field, click Browse.

  15. Search for and select the e-Builder destination folder.
  16. Click Attach Selected.
