Attach Documents to Invoice Line Items
Attaching documents to invoice line items allows you to append additional resources for each item in an invoice.
In IE10, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari browsers, you can simply drag and drop documents from your local directory onto the Attached Documents tab. This can be done to attach documents throughout e-Builder Enterprise™.
To attach documents to invoice line items
- To add documents to existing invoices, go to the Invoice Details page.
- Click Edit.
- Click the paper clip icon next to the invoice line item you want to attach files to.
- Click Add.
- In the Select Attachment Method section, select your method of attachment.
- Click Browse For Files...
- Search for and select the file you want to attach.
- If you are attaching files from e-Builder, go to step 10.
- Search for and select the e-Builder destination folder.
- Click Attach Selected.

The Edit Invoice page is displayed.
The Attach Documents pop-up window displays.
The Attach Documents dialog box displays.
You are returned to the Attach Documents dialog box.
