Attach Documents to Commitment Changes

You have the ability to view, as well as attach any supporting documents associated with the commitment change. Once attached, other users can view and download these files. You may choose to attach files in order to have an electronic version of an original commitment, contract or invoice readily accessible for review.

To view/attach documents to commitment changes

  1. Go to the Commitment Change Details page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Commitment Change Details Page.

  3. Click the Documents tab.
  4. Click Attach Documents.
  5. The Attach Documents dialog box displays.

  6. In the Select Attachment Method section, select your method of attachment.
  7. Click Browse For Files...
  8. Search for and select the file you want to attach.
  9. You are returned to the Attach Documents dialog box.

  10. If you are attaching files from e-Builder, go to step 9.
  11. —Or—

    If you are uploading files from your computer, in the Select an e-Builder Destination folder field, click Browse.

  12. Search for and select the e-Builder destination folder.
  13. Click Attach Selected.
