Add/Delete Meeting Types
Although default meeting types exists you can create your own meeting types to better suit your business needs.
The following procedures are included below:
To view existing meeting types
- Go to calendar settings.
- Click Meeting Minutes Setup.

The Meeting Minutes page is displayed with all existing meeting types in view.
- Go to calendar settings.
- Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
- Enter the name of the meeting type in the Meeting Type field.
- Click Save.

The Meeting Minutes page is displayed.
- Go to calendar settings.
- Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
- Select the check box next to the meeting type(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
