Add/Delete Meeting Types

Although default meeting types exists you can create your own meeting types to better suit your business needs.

The following procedures are included below:

To view existing meeting types

  1. Go to calendar settings.
  2. For more information, see Access Calendar Settings.

  3. Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
  4. The Meeting Minutes page is displayed with all existing meeting types in view.

To add new meeting types

  1. Go to calendar settings.
  2. For more information, see Access Calendar Settings.

  3. Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
  4. The Meeting Minutes page is displayed.

  5. Enter the name of the meeting type in the Meeting Type field.
  6. Click Save.

To delete meeting types

  1. Go to calendar settings.
  2. For more information, see Access Calendar Settings.

  3. Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
  4. The Meeting Minutes page is displayed.

  5. Select the check box next to the meeting type(s) you want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
