Add Recurring Project Issues

To add a recurring project issue

  1. Go to the Recurring Project Issues page.
  2. For more information, see Access Recurring Project Issues Page.

  3. Click Add Issue.
  4. A list of project issues display.

  5. Select an issue from the list.
  6. The Fill Out Form dialog box displays.

  7. Enter all required fields.
  8. Click Save Recurring Issue.
  9. If you entered a due date, the Confirm Due Date Offset page is displayed.

    The due date offset refers to the number of days from the present day that the item is due. This number is automatically populated in this field. In addition, if a workflow due date offset is configured for the project, this number of days is automatically added to the current due date. For more information on the workflow due date offset setting in the Project Settings, see Workflow Settings.

  10. To change the due date, enter the number of days from the present in this field. To leave it the same, go to the next step.
  11. Click Save.
