Add Process Status Options

Account administrators and those with Manage Workflow permissions are able to create custom process statuses for non-cost processes.

Default processes cannot be removed.

To add process status options

  1. Access Process Settings.
  2. For instructions, see Access Process Settings.

  3. From the Navigation menu, click Process Status Options.
  4. Process Satus Options

    The Process Status Options page is displayed.

  5. Enter the status name in the Status field.
  6. Optional: Enter a description for this status, such as when it should be used.
  7. Click Add.
