Add Notes to Budget/Budget Line Items

To add notes to the budget details or to budget line items

  1. Go to the Budget Details page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Budget Details Page.

  3. To add notes to budget line items, click the line item number.
  4. —Or—

    To add notes to the budget, go to step 3.

  5. Click the Notes tab.
  6. Click Add Note.
  7. Enter your note in the Note box.
  8. Click Save.
