Add Notes

The Notes tab allows users to quickly add notes of importance. Notes allow all team members who have the permission to see the communication. For each note entered, the first and last name and company name of the user will be displayed along with the date. Contained within the tab, in parenthesis, e-Builder displays the total number of notes created.

To add notes

  1. On the Notes tab, click Add.
  2. The Add Note page is displayed.

  3. Enter the note in the Note field.
  4. If the Private check box is available, you can select it to hide your note from other team members.
  5. Click Save.
