Account Settings

The Account Settings page includes the following settings for various areas of the product:

  • Comments Settings
  • Access Delegation
  • Performance Indicator

To manage the account settings

  1. Click Setup.
  2. In the Administration Tools menu, expand Settings and click Account Settings.
  3. The Account Settings page is displayed.

  4. In the Comment Settings section, you can define the following settings:
    • Allow comments to be deleted in: The account default for whether users can delete comments in the selected modules. This setting can be overridden on the Properties tab of each Form or Process type.
      • Forms: Select this check box to allow comments to be deleted from form instances.
      • Processes: Select this check box to allow comments to be deleted from process instances.
  5. In the Access Delegation section, you can define the following settings:
    • Allow access delegation: This setting indicates whether the Access Delegation feature is enabled on the account. This check box is selected by default and allows users to delegate access to other users. Clear this check box to disable this feature. For more information, see About Access Delegation.
  6. In the Performance Indicator section, you can define the following settings:
    • Performance Indicator Visibility: When enabled, this setting displays the current system performance indicator on the top- right corner of the screen for the selected users:
      • Disabled: This option disables the display of the current system performance indicator for all users.
      • Account admins only: This option enables the display of the current system performance indicator for Account Administrators only.
      • All users: This option enables the display of the current system performance indicator for all users.
  7. Click Save Changes to retain your changes.
