Mobile iOS Retirement

The e-Builder mobile app has been in the maintenance phase for the past several years, while it continues to receive necessary updates to ensure stability and security, there have been no significant enhancements or additions to its functionality. e-Builder mobile is built on older technology and does not support modern features or integrations to easily enhance features. The e-Builder mobile app does not integrate with Trimble Identity (TID), which is Trimble's unified login system that allows users to access multiple Trimble services with a single set of credentials. This means that users cannot use their Trimble Identity to log into the e-Builder mobile app.

The e-Builder Mobile App will be moved into end of life phases according to dates shown below.

Impact

Customers can use this app in “as-is” state through December 31, 2026, but no further development will be undertaken for enhancements or defects.
