The following issues have been resolved:
API
- Resolved an issue in the Master Commitment Process Import API caused by a data type mismatch in the code. (Case# 637491)
Bidder Portal
- Resolved an issue in the Bid Portal where leaving a unit cost field blank caused the page to reload and fail to save entries. The logic has been updated to prevent this error, allowing users to successfully save and submit their progress as a draft even with incomplete fields. (Case# 637068)
Bidding
- The legacy API has been updated to validate Bid Scope Item amounts for any inconsistencies. (Case# 630634)
Cost
- Resolved an issue where commitment change item headers were not displaying properly by optimizing how data tables (SlickGrid) dynamically adjust their height to fit the page layout. This update enhances UI consistency and visibility across key areas like Cost Process Instance and Standard Cost. (Case# 630267)
Data Warehouse
- Resolved a Data Warehouse issue that caused duplicate file records in the document_fact table due to conflicting entries in the access history. Updated the system to prevent future duplicate versioning. (Case# 632784)
- Resolved an issue with creating the snapshottask_fact table. (Case# 634864)
- Resolved an issue that caused duplicate files to be shown in the 'Document' job.
Documents
- Resolved a document issue in Trimble Unity Construct. If a user checks out a file that then has metadata subsequently modified by another user, the original user can now undo the checkout to restore the file to normal status. (Case# 584204)
- Resolved an issue where users could view unauthorized folders by clicking on items in the 'Recent Files' list. Clicking the Files type recent page will open the file in a new window instead of the Documents module. (Case# 610467)
- Fixed a bug related to the "Apply values to all files within this folder" option not functioning correctly when only the 'Document Type' is selected without also selecting a Custom Field. (Case# 625383)
- Resolved an issue that allowed the creation of duplicate folder names by adding a validation check. The system now prevents the operation and displays an error message if a folder with the same name already exists in the destination. (Case# 637554)
Mobile App
- Resolved an issue where users were unable to submit activities in the Dynamic Commitment Line Item process when the process subject was set to Read-Only. The system now correctly bypasses validation for these fields, as they are not intended for data entry during that step. (Case# 634012)
Processes/ Workflow
- Resolved an issue where imported dates in Dynamic Grids were displaying incorrectly due to the system reading date cells as strings rather than date objects. The system has been updated to use the original cell value instead of the formatted value. (Case# 628042)
- Resolved an issue with timezone conversion where an incorrect Approval Date was recorded during Master Commitment creation. The logic has been corrected to ensure the date accurately reflects the time of approval based on the approving user's timezone. (Case# 637426)
Projects
- Resolved an issue where deleting a project would fail if a user entered a long explanation in the reason note field. The system now includes UI validation to limit notes to 255 characters, matching the database requirements and preventing errors. (Case# 637422)
Reports
- Resolved an issue where the "User Details" Standard report failed to display the overall total login count for users. The Number of Logins column has been corrected to accurately reflect and show the total amount correctly. (Case# 632192)
Scheduled Task Engine
- Resolved an error that occurred when running subscription reports using a Process Status filter. Reports now generate and run as expected when these filters are applied. (Case# 631342)
