Trimble Unity Field for Construct v2.2

The 2.2 release of the Trimble Unity Field app includes the following features and capabilities:

Toggle Map Display for Tablets

Using the Show Split View toggle under Display & Layout settings, users can choose to toggle off or turn on the map display on tablet devices. This toggle displays the map and activity list together on the activity List or as two separate tabs. This provides users with the flexibility to optimize their work space with more screen area for the List and the Map across the entire screen on tablet devices.

Visibility for Long Project Names

Long project names are shown entirely in the Projects list without shortening them if they are longer than 2 lines. This provides users with access to essential project name information, reduces errors and also improves efficiency.

The following issues have been resolved:

API

• Resolved an issue where custom field values were not being populated for the BudgetChanges/ Import endpoint. (Case# 641922)

Bidder Portal

• Resolved an issue that prevented addendum notifications from being sent correctly. (Case# 643873)

Bidding

• Resolved an issue in the Bidding module where the Company Custom Fields filter failed to return results when searching for potential bidders via Lookup Contacts. The Contacts result pane now correctly displays filtered matches based on one or more selected custom field values. (Case # 636687)
• Resolved a system error that occurred in the Bid Portal when attempting to view the Show Message details for a sent file. Users can now successfully access and review their bid message history without issues. (Case# 642229)
• Resolved a bidding submission error. (Case# 642616)
• Resolved a bidding submission error. (Case# 643188)

Cost

• Resolved an issue in Forecasting Details where special characters entered in the text boxes were being displayed as encoded values. (Case# 640395)

Data Warehouse

• Resolved various Data Warehouse issues. (Case# 642931)

Processes/ Workflow

• Updated Field Dependency to prevent any possibility of duplicated pairings between Controlling and Dependent data fields. (Case# 637081)
• Resolved an issue where the default font and font family were not applied in the rich text box data fields on the Instance Details page. (Case# 630784)
• Resolved an issue with Mail Merge image fields. Images will now render correctly in Mail Merge–generated files. (Case# 640025)
