Mail Merge - Microsoft Word .docx Template Support
To ensure that users can utilize the latest Microsoft (MS) Word Mail Merge templates, we have added support for Microsoft Word .docx files.
.docx Output Selection Option On the Add Mail Merge Template Page
If your Trimble Unity Construct Administrator configures the mail merge output file to be .doc or .docx, the output will match the extension of the template file.
Microsoft Word Mail Merge templates with the .doc file extension will continue to be supported.
Cost - Hide Zero Value Budget Line Items
Trimble Unity Construct now includes the ability to hide zero value budget line items using the Hide zero value lines check box on the Budget Details and Project Cost Summary pages.
Hide Zero Value Line check box on the Budget Line Items tab of the Budget Details page
Hide Zero Value Lines check box on the Project Cost Summary page
When this check box is selected, the system evaluates any columns included in the current view for the user, including the dynamic cost columns. Spreadsheet exports will not include the zero value rows if zero values are hidden.
