February 24th - Mobile 1.7.0 (iOS)
Offline Support
- Added offline support for workflows that include Dynamic Grid data.
- Added support to save a workflow instance, which includes a Dynamic Grid, to a local mobile device while in offline mode.
- You will now receive a banner notifying you when you go offline or online.
- You will be able to successfully sync instances which include Dynamic Grids when going back online.
- Fixed an issue where file picker was not available in workflows.
- Fixed an issue where enabling a process for offline and/or mobile did not correctly save in the e-Builder web dashboard. This affected the mobile and offline mobile workflows.
- Fixed an issue where the bottom navigation bar would not display correctly on the mobile app.
- Fixed an issue where loading forms on the mobile device would generate a "Server Unavailable" error.
- General Document and Photo Bug Fixes & Enhancements have been included.

DocuSign
Recipients include Project Members in Roles Added to eSignature Steps
To ensure that documents are properly viewed and signed by the intended recipients, e-Builder has enhanced the eSignature process.
When configured, eSignature workflows allow you to select a specific project member from the Selected Roles list to be the actor on the next step. These project members are added to the DocuSign Recipients list in eSignature steps.
Document preparers will then be able to select the project members from the DocuSign Recipient list and tag the document for specific users. After successful document preparation (tagging), the selected recipients will be guided to the exact position in the document where they need to sign.
The following issues have been resolved:
Bidding
- Bid packages with more than 30 sections displayed incorrect data when the bid tabulation was exported to MS Excel in .xls format. This issue has now been fixed and the data will be exported in .xlsx format to resolve any inconsistencies. (Case# 454279)
Cost
- Resolved an issue where the funding source balance was not being updated correctly when importing funding source transactions either through the API or by importing the process. Updated the system logging to ensure that the funding source balance is recalculated when a commitment invoice is approved, paid or voided. (Case# 452289)
- When adding a line item entry to a commitment change, the commitment number entered while creating the commitment change item will now be saved properly. (Case# 452601)
- The system will now prevent duplicate button clicks while changing the commitment change status to void. Resolved an issue where voided commitment and commitment changes were affecting the approved commitment changes and current commitments values in the Cost Summary. (Case# 456418)
- Updated the error message displayed when trying to delete a commitment type associated with a hidden or deleted project. (Case# 456810)
Documents
- Previously, when mailing in files, the saved .msg files could not be viewed. This issue has now been resolved. (Case# 458281)
- Resolved errors that occurred when using the offline workflow feature. (Case# 458390)
- Resolved an issue where notification success emails were sent even though the Document Email-In Notifications settings were set to "Failed Only". (Case# 458664)
Planning
- Resolved an issue where the MS Excel export file for a Capital Plan and Scenarios were not reflecting updated schedule start date and end dates when a project's cashflow is updated. (Case# 446053)
Processes/ Workflow
- Resolved an issue where the user was getting an error while submitting a budget change instance having more than 2,700 budget line items. (Case# 443514)
- Resolved an error that occurred when submitting and saving a master commitment change order process with line items. (Case# 447412)
- Resolved an issue where proper search results were not received when providing User In Role details in the filter criteria. (Case# 449395)
- When comments are required on an action, entering a space will not bypass the required comment box. (Case# 454497)
- When commitment change items are grouped by custom fields, the subtotals were not being calculated. This issue has now been resolved. (Case# 457143)
Reports
- The Funding Source report will now display data for all commitments including closed commitments. (Case# 445187)
Scheduled Task Engine
- Previously, certain Schedule module reports incorrectly inserted the text "late" in variance columns when run via a subscription and exported to MS Excel. Now, the reports consistently export with accurate data. (Case# 454998)
