Resolved Cases

The following issues have been resolved:

Business Intelligence

  • Express View reports were missing joins between Budget and Cost tables, which was causing an error. These joins have been added. (Case# 459904)

Cost

  • Resolved a mismatch between the actual paid amount on the process instance and the commitment details. Added logging while a commitment invoice is created or updated. (Case# 450887)
  • Resolved an issue where pressing the Tab button did not navigate to the next field as per the order on screen or skipped a field while creating a new commitment change item. (Case# 462419)
  • Added an error message with more details related to the issue when saving the master commitment item. (Case# 462452)

Data Warehouse

  • Process data fields of the "Project" type will now be included in the Data Warehouse. (Case# 467626)

Documents

  • Users who have set their personal preference to "Failure Only" for document email-in notifications were receiving the notifications for both successful and failed operations. Now, the users are receiving only the failure notifications. (Case# 458664)
  • For a period of time, .msg files in the Documents module that were created by "email-in" functionality would not open with the Outlook e-mail client. This has been resolved and downloaded .msg files now open correctly in Outlook. (Case# 461869)

Planning

  • The system will now display historical escalation percentages for prior years. (Case# 464346)

Processes/ Workflow

  • Updated the system to validate for unique project identifier while importing a process. (Case# 458408)
  • Resolved an issue where the font was not honored in the mail merge output for numbered lists. (Case# 460957)

Projects

  • When using the Firefox browser to manage users on the project level, the check boxes used to notify users added to the site were not being displayed correctly. This issue has now been resolved. (Case# 464336)
  • Users can now apply templates from the Project Details - Apply Templates section without issues. (Case# 470246)

Reports

  • For projects with the schedule setting "Link Project Start and Target Date with Schedule" turned on, editing Project Details could cause an incorrect date change in the database that would reflect in reports. This behavior has been fixed. (Case# 448753)
  • The resulting PDF view of an MS Excel file generated via scheduled report was not correct. This issue has now been resolved. (Case# 457828)
  • Resolved an issue where the column headers of a Standard Report were displayed incorrectly when scrolling down. (Case# 458021)
  • Selecting the "Hide Details" option when running a specific report resulted in an error. Hide and Show Details now operate as expected. (Case# 458024)

Scheduled Task Engine

  • Early End Dates for 1-day duration tasks were not loading correctly after an import of an MPP file. This has been resolved and schedules will now save correctly after the import. (Case# 462823)

Schedules

  • Added a check to make sure that the task start/ end dates are provided in the import file while creating a schedule template. If these dates are missing, it will be displayed on the Exceptions tab instead of displaying an error. (Case# 458317)
